Positive, The location is spot on in the busy Gran Vía, yet the room was surprisingly quiet. I enjoyed a comfy king bed and had a spacious bathroom with all essentials. The staff was helpful in guiding me on metro routes

This is surely the best small hotel, extremely friendly and amicable staff, compact rooms. Also, the location is excellent, minutes from a huge plaza. Btw, it's set in a shopping area right by metro stops and stores of all kinds and the center...

Spotlessly clean units with comfy beds, clean shower, for instance, and the staff were nice. The location was great and fantastic, just off the Gran Via shopping street, transport, and 2 metro station and easily accessible.

I woudl ve been so pleased if the narrow shower entry wasn't an absolute joke. Who designed that, someone with no common sense? And do they think they have a charming little hostel? It felt more like a rundown apartment. Lastly, a complimentary gesture would definitely have been appreciated, but I guess that's not part of their special service.

Room was clean but internet connection was unreliable.

The cozy little kitchenette was perfect for whipping up a quick breakfast, and the comfy bed made relaxing super easy after a day of sightseeing. Just a heads up, the room felt a bit snug, but it totally met my needs for a night in the city 😊

The location is excellent, just steps from a bustling shopping district yet surprisingly quiet for restful nights. The spacious bathroom was well-equipped, and the bed provided very nice comfort. There was a lack of reliable internet connectivity, disappointing, and the staff were less attentive than expected, leading to some misunderstandings . Limited dining options nearby also affected our experience.

Perfect chill spot in Madrid!

We stayed in a Junior Suite for 6 nights and it was awesome! The location's the best, really central but super quiet. The comfy king bed made for great sleep. Plus, the staff were super friendly and helped us navigate the metro easily. Only thing is it could use a little more dining options nearby.

Solo traveler seeking convenience

Very nice location on Gran Via, everything's a short walk! I had a comfy bed and was surprised how quiet the room was despite being in a busy area. The staff was super helpful, even offered to keep my luggage after checkout so I could explore more.

Wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what I got.

The location was perfect, near Gran Via and easy access to the subway. We enjoyed visiting nearby parks, and the suite was surprisingly quiet, which helped us all get restful sleep.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great to have options for more dining nearby.
